Coaching Overview
We all live with layers within us—what John Eldredge calls the Shallows, the Midlands, and the Depths.
On the surface are the fleeting thoughts and daily distractions that pull us in countless directions. These are the Shallows—where life is fast-paced but often lacks depth.
Just below that are the Midlands—the place where your hopes, longings, and dreams reside. These matter more than the daily noise, but are often buried beneath the demands of leadership and life.
Then, deep within, are the Depths—the cry of your soul for love, hope, joy, and connection. This is the most primal part of your being, the place where your true self resides, waiting to be heard.
My coaching focuses on helping you navigate through these layers, creating space for you to connect with your deepest self and align your leadership with your soul’s purpose.

One Conversation at a Time

This is not a quick-fix approach to leadership.
I have adopted a style from the book titled: Failure of Nerve, which is based on the Family Systems theory of Bowen. At the core of this theory and the work of the late Edwin Friedman says the following;
• We do not need more data to make good decisions
• Every decision is an emotional decision
• Leaders need to learn to navigate their emotional self
• Learn to regulate their anxiety and self-soothe
• Be prepared for sabotage after a vision has been set
• Stay in a relational connection with those close to you for transformation to occur

Where Do My Clients Live, Work, and Play
I have served clients from Dubai to West Texas, my coaching knows no geographical boundaries. Thanks to technology and Zoom, I work with clients across various time zones. As my practice evolves, I aim to connect with my clients in person at least once or twice a year. While that’s not always possible, it’s a goal I strive for.
Many of my clients are based in Texas, and we often meet in North Texas or create customized adventures for “walkie-talkie” sessions. (Think Rucksack meets executive coaching). As Texas continues to grow, I expect to serve more Founders and CEOs in Houston, San Antonio, Austin, Dallas, and Fort Worth.
In particular, North Texas and the DFW area are home to some of the fastest-growing technology companies, and many corporations are relocating to this region from all around the world. If you’re in Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Sherman, Denton, Plano, Richardson, Colleyville, Argyle, or any nearby area, we can engage through a combination of virtual and in-person coaching sessions.
For clients outside these areas, I offer a customized approach with options for travel and time reimbursement, ensuring that distance is never an obstacle to transformation.

How We Work Together
Most clients choose to work together every other week for up to 45 minutes. We will co-create this together. I will give you access to my personal email and cell phone for support when you need it most. This is not glorified babysitting, this is high-level thinking and transformational accountability to help you get to where you want to go.

Scheduling
After you submit a brief application and we have a consultation session we will build out a plan that works for both of our busy lives. Most of my clients schedule their sessions using the Calendly link that I provide all my clients at the beginning of each month.
Investment
My clients see the time and money as investments. Said another way, this is not an expense. You need to walk into this coaching agreement with expectiatons to transform your leadership and 10x or even 100x your investment when we work together.
The investment starts at $2,000 per month. There’s no long-term contract—just a simple handshake and a gentleman’s agreement, reflecting my West Texas roots. We’ll work together as long as it’s creating the value and transformation you need. The best work happens with synergy starting around 90 days to six months. Many of my current coaching clients have been working with me for two-plus years because their lives and business have transformed and there is rarely a month that goes by that they do not have at least one complex decision to make.
I reserve time on my calendar each month for two to three emerging leaders, pastors, or non-profit leaders who are unable to invest the full amount. I want to hear from you and support you. If I am unable to serve you or someone on my team I have a trusted network of peers that I trust to refer you for the best support.
