What does coaching look like?
We meet in person for a strategic deep dive and then schedule tough conversations, knowing that accountability is the only path to progress. You commit to telling the truth about your story, including the beliefs and emotions that are driving your current behavior. I commit to listening well, asking the right questions to help you dig deeper, and serve as a guide. Together, we take control of the narrative by determining specific, actionable steps that drive change.
You were created to pursue extraordinary dreams. I come alongside and provide the right support.
How often do we meet together?
I offer coaching to fit your bespoke life and find it best to partner with clients to better understand their extraordinary dreams they are pursuing. Some clients we meet for intensive work, ranging from one to three days, and other times I meet with clients one time per month to offer transformational accountability. The best engagement happens when we meet every 90 days in person for a strategic deep dive, and then you have access to me for support as needed between our quarterly sessions.
Do you offer couples work?
Yes. I serve extraordinary couples who are pursuing a lasting impact. Depending on the season, we may have a Marriage Camp intensive coming up where you can join other extraordinary marriages for an adventure-based marriage reset.
How does performance coaching help with my goals?
I create a container to help you see what you can see and say what others dare not say. You have already created an extraordinary life. You’re not chasing another goal. You’re chasing meaning, legacy, and a strategic relationship that will help you become your best. I offer transformational accountability for disciplined impact.
Do you offer team training or speaking engagements?
Yes. For over two decades, I have been on a platform teaching. I have transitioned that same work into helping word-class leaders become wholehearted. I believe your team will operate at a high level when you help them connect their head and heart and learn to be fully human again.
Do you coach other professional coaches?
Yes. I have scaled my coaching practice and have learned many valuable lessons. I can help you save time and money and help you become a wholehearted coach. As a PCC (Professional Certified Coach), I offer mentor coaching for those pursuing the International Coaching Federation standards.
